Property Management Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Management Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Australian or New Zealand real estate and hands-on experience using Cirrus8 property management software.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to a property management team, including handling email and phone inquiries, coordinating virtual property tours, scheduling repairs and maintenance, preparing lease agreements, and uploading property listings.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and proactive, with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the property management team
  • Handle email and phone inquiries from tenants and landlords
  • Coordinate virtual property tours and schedule inspections
  • Schedule repairs and maintenance with vendors
  • Prepare, issue, and manage lease agreements
  • Upload and update property listings
  • Coordinate property access and scheduling
  • Perform data entry, digital filing, and other general administrative tasks
  • Record and track rental payments and tenant ledger updates
  • Maintain organized property files and records
Requirements:
  • Minimum 9 months of experience in Australian or New Zealand property management
  • Experience using Cirrus8 property management software is essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
