ERP Technical Specialist Position

This role involves designing, building, and configuring applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP to meet business needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in computer science or information technology and must have 3 to 5 years of experience in ERP systems.

  • Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the project team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring the smooth functioning of the application.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting their professional growth and development.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in ERP technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
  • Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience with other ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is beneficial.

This role requires a hybrid work setup (1x a week onsite) and a dayshift schedule. The employment type is full-time/project-based.
