Enterprise Portfolio Manager

Role Summary: The Enterprise Portfolio Manager is responsible for organizing and managing the project portfolio across the enterprise to maximize return on investment, ensure alignment with strategic goals, and mitigate risks. The role involves overseeing resource allocation, monitoring portfolio performance, and driving effective decision-making at the enterprise level.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain the portfolio management framework aligned with organizational strategy.

· Lead annual portfolio planning, prioritizing projects based on strategic alignment, business impact, and ROI.

· Prepare and present regular portfolio updates, securing approval for proposed changes.

· Monitor resource allocation across projects and manage the overall financial footprint.

· Track KPIs and report on portfolio performance to leadership.

· Identify and mitigate delivery risks across the portfolio.

· Ensure adherence to portfolio management standards and processes.

· Build strong relationships with leadership and project managers to support execution.

· Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in portfolio management practices.

Qualifications

· Graduate of Business, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics.

· Minimum of 5 years' experience in portfolio management, preferably within financial or large-scale enterprise environments.

· Strong background in strategic planning, prioritization, and IT systems portfolio management.

· Proven ability to engage with technical teams and influence business decisions.

· Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with high attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently, demonstrate accountability, and build collaborative relationships.

Hybrid work set up, regular shift based in BGC, Taguig.
