About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Resource Planning Manager to join our team. This role involves optimizing resource allocation, improving operational efficiency, and supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.


  • This position requires strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • The successful candidate will have experience in resource management software and data analysis tools, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • This role also requires excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaboration with project managers and department heads is essential, along with the ability to communicate complex information to stakeholders.

Job Summary:


The Resource Planning Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing resource planning strategies to ensure optimal utilization of workforce and assets. Key responsibilities include analyzing resource capacity, demand forecasts, and project requirements to create effective allocation plans.


The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in resource planning, workforce management, or a similar role.


A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred, and experience working in a multinational or global organization is a plus.


Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.


3-5 years of experience in resource planning, workforce management, or a similar role.


Proficiency in resource management software and data analysis tools.


Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.


Excellent organizational and time management skills.


Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.


Experience with project management methodologies and best practices.


Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.


Knowledge of capacity planning and forecasting techniques.


Understanding of resource allocation strategies and their impact on organizational performance.


Preferred Qualifications:

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.


Experience working in a multinational or global organization.
