Customer Success Professional

Starfish is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join its team.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to acquire new clients and define project scopes.
  • Act as the primary contact for new clients, ensuring exceptional client experiences and handling escalations when necessary.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with Enterprise leaders, business owners, hiring managers, and sales teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Enterprise leaders and sales teams to align on delivery approaches.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to acquire new clients and manage client expectations.
  • Coordinate with Talent teams to secure resources and ensure expertise for each project.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Over 10 years of experience in project management or account management.
  • Strong ability to foster and nurture working relationships with clients.
  • Proficient in operating remotely within a dynamic team while meeting deadlines.
