Job Title: Senior Financial Planning Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Planning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will work closely with clients to transform their business planning needs using the Adaptive Planning Business Planning Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expertise on the Adaptive Planning solution and maintain proficiency and certification in the Adaptive Planning solution suite
• Contribute to implementation for our clients, including working with clients to understand their current planning process, investigating and recommending solutions, guiding clients through design sessions, developing and configuring accurate forecasting and planning models, assisting in training sessions, documenting delivered models and reporting, and ensuring rapid time to value
• Support our clients to ensure success, communicating regularly, concisely, and clearly with clients, providing general customer service, and serving as the go-to resource on all project-related inquiries
• Collaborate internally, sharing learnings and problems solved with colleagues

Requirements:
• Financial and/or management accounting experience, particularly budgeting, planning, and management reporting
• Exposure to designing and building complex financial planning models, with advanced Excel skills
• Experience implementing at least one Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system
• Strong communication skills, able to communicate with customers and colleagues with impact, credibility, and empathy
• Ability to execute tasks with limited supervision, manage time effectively, and record tasks accurately
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and make decisions under pressure

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or Business
