About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a key role in filling the top of the funnel with quality clinicians aligned to Marvel's focus specialties and priority job orders.

As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging talent from external databases and internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS), conducting initial pre-qualification, and gathering job preference information to support timely consult calls with our Talent Advisors (TAs). You'll help set the tone for the clinician experience by ensuring clear communication, strong data entry, and smooth handoffs.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3-4 years of relevant work experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or staffing support, preferably within a BPO or shared services environment handling US-based clients/roles.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Source talent through external lead platforms (e.g., Vivian, Indeed) and internal ATS
  • Review resumes and screen for alignment to Marvel's target job markets
  • Engage clinicians via call, text, and email to confirm interest and availability
  • Gather information from talent including job history, certifications, desired settings, geography, shift, pay, etc. to prequalify the candidate prior to handoff to the TA
  • Log accurate data and notes in ATS
  • Coordinate with TAs to schedule consult calls
  • Ensure leads are warm and ready for handoff

As a result, candidates who passed our initial evaluations should expect an AI Interviewer as a component of our recruitment process. This is supervised by Human Talent Acquisition Experts who will also engage with you throughout your application journey.
