About this role
We are seeking a proactive Talent Matching Specialist to join our team.
This individual will ensure that we align clinician preferences with our highest-priority job orders. They will review candidate criteria, search internal job boards, and curate personalized lists of job matches for clinicians.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3-4 years of relevant work experience in an administrative, coordination, data analysis, or similar support role.
They should have a strong attention to detail, prioritization skills, and the ability to efficiently navigate multiple systems.
A foundational understanding of the staffing job landscape, including different settings, shifts, and medical specialties, is highly preferred.
In this role, you will empower Talent Advisors with relevant job information, helping them close faster and smarter.
Your tasks will include:
- Reviewing clinician preferences gathered by Sourcing Specialists or Talent Advisors
- Searching internal job boards for available positions and prioritizing high-need or urgent orders
- Curating personalized lists of 3-6 optimal job matches per clinician, balancing candidate fit with client demand
- Ensuring all job information is clean, current, and impeccably organized
- Delivering tailored job lists to assigned Talent Advisors in advance of scheduled consults
You will be working closely with internal teams to provide excellent support and maintain organization under pressure.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 3-4 years of relevant work experience in an administrative, coordination, data analysis, or similar support role
- Experience within recruitment, staffing, or business process outsourcing (BPO) industries is highly preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong prioritization skills
- Ability to efficiently navigate multiple systems
- Fundamental knowledge of the staffing job landscape, including different settings, shifts, and medical specialties
