About the Role

The US Healthcare Recruitment Administrator position involves creating complete and submission-ready profiles for clinicians preparing to be submitted to client job orders.

  • Format clinician resumes precisely according to client standards.
  • Sent and collect professional references, skills checklists, and credential documents efficiently.
  • Evaluate and verify all required data thoroughly gathered and meticulously organized.
  • Prepare and package full profiles for seamless submission by Talent Advisors and Client Experts.
  • Update Applicant Tracking System records accurately and maintain documentation status diligently.
  • Communicate proactively and clearly with internal teams to ensure timely submission of profiles.
What You Bring

To succeed in this role, an individual must possess specific qualifications. The following requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability needed.

  • A minimum of 3-4 years of proven experience in a similar administrative, data entry, or document processing role.
  • Experience within a recruitment, staffing, or healthcare administration environment is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent attention to detail and keen eye for accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills and efficient file management abilities.
  • A customer-first mindset and proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • Ability to manage high-task volumes and consistently meet deadline-driven work.
  • Familiarity with credentialing processes or experience in healthcare staffing is preferred.
