Job Title: Project Management Coordinator

We are seeking a seasoned project management coordinator to lead end-to-end tender processes across engineering, construction, and infrastructure projects.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will manage bids, tenders, EOIs, and RFPs across multiple jurisdictions and funding environments.
  • They will coordinate technical experts to develop compliant, compelling proposals.
  • Oversight of technical and financial components of submissions, including donor-funded projects.
  • Ensuring proposals meet requirements, deadlines, and evaluation criteria while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Developing and maintaining proposal libraries, templates, and content for consistency and efficiency.
  • Leading internal bid reviews, feedback processes, and submission readiness.
  • Tracking pipelines, forecasting deadlines, and supporting pre-positioning with business development teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Business, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in bid management, tender coordination, or proposals within engineering, construction, or infrastructure consulting.
  • Strong technical foundation (civil engineering, architecture, or QS) with ability to review and interpret technical content.
  • Proven knowledge of donor-funded tendering processes and government/private RFTs.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office, with excellent document formatting skills.
  • Highly organised, deadline-driven, and confident in managing multiple large submissions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate across disciplines and engage senior stakeholders.
