Pricing Officer Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pricing Officer to handle procurement, maintain relationships with customers, and manage pricing and quoting for export/import goods by various freight modes.

This is a unique opportunity for a motivated professional to grow and develop in their career while contributing to the company's success.

The ideal candidate will have strong computer literacy, knowledge of MS Office tools, and a background in pricing, import/export, and cross trades. They must also possess excellent communication skills and be able to negotiate effectively at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage procurement for airline/shipping lines and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Deal with pricing and quoting goods for export/import by ocean, air, or land freight.
  • Follow up quotations through communication via phone, email, or face-to-face.
  • Maintain accurate data entry in the system.
Qualifications
  • Strong computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office tools.
  • Background in pricing - import/export/cross trades, road, and sea/air.
  • Commercial awareness and strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
