We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent from the construction industry.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish a network of candidates within one of our construction skill verticals.
  • Engage in sourcing, screening, and connecting with potential candidates.
  • Assist in coordinating interviews and managing client relationships.
  • Provide quality-focused search and selection support to clients on live vacancies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in US Market recruitment.
  • 3+ years of recruiting within Construction, Architecture, Engineering or Contract Furniture industries.
  • Communicative, engaging and passionate individual.
  • Organized with an eye for detail.
