Role Overview

The Functional Architect plays a pivotal role in leading end-to-end strategic leadership from solution design through implementation delivery.

This individual acts as a trusted advisor during the pursuit phase and functional lead during deployment, ensuring seamless continuity of design intent and solution integrity.

Main Responsibilities
  • Partner with sales teams to provide expert solution guidance and contribute to RFPs/RFIs.
  • Develop effort estimations aligned to customer asks in line with opportunity winnability.
  • Support transition from sales to delivery, ensuring cohesive and aligned solution delivery.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to ensure cohesive solution delivery.
  • Lead end-to-end functional solution design across the full project lifecycle.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of actual implementation experience.
  • Strong Workday implementation experience preferred.
