The Client Care Team Lead is a key role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences. The position requires a leader to handle customer escalations and concerns effectively via various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality customer service that meets the needs of our customers.
- Resolve issues efficiently by providing corrective solutions and accurate information.
- Act as the final point of contact for high-risk or sensitive customer cases.
- Oversee cases involving credit holds, overdue accounts, disputes, and delinquencies.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to assess and resolve credit-related concerns.
- Evaluate all actions against internal credit policies and risk strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, escalation cases, and resolution outcomes.
- Develop and deliver weekly and monthly reports on escalations, credit issues, and performance metrics.
- At least 3 years of experience in leadership or coaching roles.
- Proven sales experience of at least 3 years.
- Experience in telecommunications for at least 3 years.
