About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated leader to elevate our Virtual Assistant team's performance. As Executive Team Supervisor, you will foster a collaborative environment that prioritizes client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Management: Lead and coach a remote team of Executive Assistants, ensuring each member understands their goals and has necessary resources for success.
  2. Tailored Coaching: Offer coaching based on individual experience and industry needs. Regularly meet with VAs to discuss performance, set objectives, and provide actionable feedback.
  3. Industry Expertise: Utilize knowledge of various industries to support VAs in delivering industry-specific solutions, addressing diverse client needs, and adapting to new sectors as required.
  4. Performance Tracking: Set measurable performance goals, track team progress, and identify areas for improvement. Conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure high standards are consistently met.
  5. Client Support: Act as the first point of contact for escalated issues, resolving client concerns and mitigating risks.
  6. Team Development: Encourage VAs to share insights and identify areas for personal and professional growth. Develop initiatives to inspire ongoing learning and development within the team.
Qualifications:
  • Executive Assistant Experience: Solid experience supporting C-level executives or leaders in a large international corporation.
  • Supervisory Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory role with a strong background in managing and coaching remote teams.
  • Creative Problem Solving: Proven ability to guide and motivate team members, helping them achieve goals and grow in their roles.
  • Industries Expertise: Broad understanding of various industries and an aptitude for quickly learning new fields to provide guidance to a diverse client base.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering clear, constructive feedback.
  • Remote Work Tools: Experience with remote work tools and platforms (e.g., Discord, GSuite, Asana), and managing teams across different time zones.
  • Availability: Availability to participate in in-person meetings with the core team 2-3 times a week.
  • Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and improving team processes.
Requirements:
  • Microphone Headset: Professional microphone headset or functional computer microphone equivalent.
  • Computer Specifications: Fast, responsive computer.
  • Audio Environment: Clean & professional background/audio environment for video calls with customers.
  • Location: This is a fully remote role.

Schedule: US & PH work hours (40+ hours per week)
