AI Engineering Lead Role

We're seeking an experienced AI engineering leader to drive our ClinicOS platform's AI-first future. As a key member of the engineering team, you'll be responsible for architecting and owning the entire AI strategy.

  • You will work closely with our Head of Engineering, CEO, and the rest of the AI engineering team to build AI systems that deliver world-class healthcare at software scale.
  • This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic vision, requiring strong programming skills in Typescript and/or Python, experience building production applications powered by LLMs, and leadership of engineering team members.

The successful candidate will have a passion for making healthcare radically more accessible through AI, a strong understanding of AI/ML infrastructure, and experience building evaluation and monitoring systems for LLM applications in production.

Our compensation package includes a competitive salary range of $80k-$120k/year (cash comp + equity), generous time-off with a yearly minimum, comprehensive medical insurance, and budget for professional development and personal wellness.
