IT Innovation Leader

As a seasoned IT leader, you will spearhead a 2-person IT team to deliver impactful automations within a 90-day timeframe. Your primary responsibility will be to build and deploy innovative solutions using Power Automate (Cloud/Desktop) and Power Apps (Canvas/Model driven) on Dataverse, while collaborating closely with the Accounting department to integrate Dynamics 365 BC/QBO processes.
You will also play a pivotal role in maturing M365 governance, encompassing Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint/Teams, and implementing robust DLP policies for Power Platform. Additionally, you will mentor and lead two IT specialists, implementing runbooks, SOPs, and establishing a lightweight Center of Excellence (CoE).
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve three production automations saving at least 10 hours per week within the first 90 days.
- Establish a baseline for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Conditional Access, as well as implement DLP policies for Power Platform.
- Develop an automation roadmap and live KPI dashboard for BC/QBO processes.
To excel in this role, you must possess exceptional leadership skills, a strong background in Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse, as well as proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power BI, Intune, Entra ID, RPA, and Azure.
