About the Role
You will oversee project implementation and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
As a Digital Project Manager, your primary responsibility is to lead transformative projects in the insurtech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Lead project planning sessions and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Support proposal development for new business opportunities and Proof of Concepts.
- Participate in the creation of contracts and related client communication.
- Identify growth opportunities for existing clients and support their development.
- Monitor project progress, adapt to changes, and ensure timely delivery.
- Host regular project reviews and provide reports on key metrics using company standards.
- Oversee all project documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Identify and mitigate risks, assumptions, and dependencies.
- Continuously improve processes and approaches to drive excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Strong understanding of the insurance domain and industry trends.
- Excellent client-facing skills and ability to build strong relationships.
- Technical expertise (desired).
- Proven experience managing projects throughout their lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and self-motivated.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative work environments.
