Job Overview

This is a challenging role for an experienced professional who can manage logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, attention to detail and experience in supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage purchase orders in SAP based on supply planning outputs to meet sales demands.
  • Arrange and monitor shipments from suppliers to our warehouses.
  • Update order and shipment details/status through close coordination with other functional departments and regional supply chain teams.
  • Maintain accuracy of PO quantities in SAP by reconciling fulfillment of supplier deliveries and actual inbound quantities.
  • Trigger pick/pack processes at the warehouse and create inbound documentation for further processing.
  • Responsible for article creation and master data maintenance.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as required to support contingency planning.

Collaboration and Analysis

  • Work closely with demand planners to track and analyze actual purchases versus contractual targets per supplier.
  • Coordinate with regulatory experts to ensure all new launches are registered before stock ordering and arrival.
  • Provide reports and analysis related to purchases, new launches, claims to suppliers, inventory, and other supply chain areas.

Requirements

  • Degree in logistics, supply chain management or business management.
  • 2-3 years of experience in supply chain.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong coordination abilities.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP experience is an advantage.
