Job Description:

This Customer Care Representative role is critical to ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handling Customer Enquiries: Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Scheduling Appointments: Schedule appointments for buyers to collect their documents.
  • Processing Requests: Process requests from buyers, including arranging for documents to be collected or delivered.
  • Delivering High-Quality Service: Provide a high level of customer service to buyers and employees alike.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Stay informed about the company's projects and services.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Graduate of any Business Related Course.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Customer Relationship Management Systems and proficiency in Microsoft Windows, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, good listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Personal Qualities: High level of patience, confidence, politeness, tact, diplomacy, flexibility, and a positive disposition.
  • Experience: Experience in Customer Service in the Real Estate Industry is an advantage.
  • Availability: Available to work ASAP.
