Client Relations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Professional to join our team at Majorel Philippines Corp. As a Quality Assurance Professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our services and identifying areas for improvement.
The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and clients.

Key Responsibilities- Function as a Subject Matter Expert on the LOB, providing guidance and support to agents and teams as needed.
- Analyze DSAT data and present drivers in cooperation with Client Quality Delivery Manager, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Communicate with and support Quality Manager, Operations Manager, Supervisors, leads, the Client, and employees to ensure seamless collaboration and effective working relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited four-year college or university with some related work experience, preferred.
- 2-4 Years of relevant call center experience, preferably in a quality assurance role.
- Strong knowledge of the applicable client account, including their products, services, and processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and work effectively with all levels of management and clients.
