CLIENT RELATIONS MANAGER - CEBU

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Client Relations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and maintaining satisfaction throughout their real estate transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the buying, selling, or renting process.
  • Provide personalized assistance and guidance to clients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Coordinate with real estate agents and other team members to facilitate smooth transactions and exceed client expectations.
  • Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property listings, and industry developments to better assist clients in making informed decisions.
  • Handle any issues or disputes professionally and efficiently, striving to resolve them to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Proven experience in client relations, customer service, or sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Knowledge of real estate processes, regulations, and market trends.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools to manage client relationships and transactions.
  • Positive attitude, integrity, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
