**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated Client Support Specialist to join our team.
**Job Description**
The Client Support Specialist's primary responsibility is to handle customer concerns and complaints regarding goods and services. This involves assisting customers with returns, upgrades, and purchases, as well as providing guidance and technical support.
**Key Qualifications**
- At least HS Graduate (old curriculum) /SHS Graduate
- At least 2 years GDS experience and 1 year call center experience
- Good to excellent English communication skills
