About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Specialist to join our team.

  • Key responsibilities include researching office, retail, and industrial property listings, fostering communication with property owners, establishing comprehensive property listings, and coordinating site inspections for leasing associates and their clients.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate industry, excellent communication and presentation skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
  1. A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  3. Candidates with little to no prior experience in the real estate industry are encouraged to apply.
  4. Demonstrates a high level of trainability and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
  5. Exhibits excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  6. Reside within Quezon City or be willing to relocate or travel as needed to meet the role's location requirements.
