Customer Service Representative for Banking Operations

At PM Consulting, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support in banking operations.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Support: Provide timely and effective assistance to customers regarding account inquiries, transaction processing, and general banking services.
- Account Management: Assist customers with opening, closing, and managing personal and business accounts, ensuring accurate completion of necessary documentation.
- Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints, identify root causes, and provide solutions while escalating unresolved matters to senior management as necessary.
- Transaction Processing: Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and other routine banking transactions while maintaining accuracy and compliance with banking regulations.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of bank products and services, providing relevant information and advice to meet customers' financial needs.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or banking role.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in transactions and account management.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
