Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Retail Order Operations Manager to lead our team in the day-to-day execution and management of the order to cash cycle.

This includes order entry, accuracy, and execution from order receipt through customer delivery all the way through invoicing and payment collection.

The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience managing direct reports and leading teams through ERP implementations.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential, as well as the ability to thrive in a fully remote work environment under minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the team responsible for the order to cash cycle, including order entry, accuracy, and execution.
  2. Provide customer support for pre-order activities, including systemic setup and ensuring customer orders are ready to process.
  3. Build sustainable processes and systems from scratch, focusing on efficiency and scalability.
  4. Maintain strong data integrity in all order operations systems associated with order entry, order fulfillment, order management, and order invoicing.
  5. Lead month's end reconciliation from the Order Operations perspective and provide fully vetted reporting to Accounting.
Requirements
  • Ability to work full-time US-based hours.
  • Automations Expert - experience with Zapier, Make, N8N, and Parabola.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Elite organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience managing direct reports and leading teams through ERP implementations.
  • Order Processing experience - including EDI, B2B, and manual orders.
  • Strong ERP system experience.
  • Able to thrive in a fully remote work environment under minimal supervision.
