Global Retail Deployment Program

We are seeking an experienced SAP Retail Business Analyst/Project Manager to join our retail deployment program. This is a full remote position, with work aligned with the CET timezone.

About the Role
  • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams for retail initiatives.
  • Lead business analysis (interviews, process mapping, documentation) to support solution design.
  • Own and manage retail projects within global deployment programs.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute retail system rollouts, including boutiques and infrastructure.
  • Drive gap analysis, requirements gathering, and design tracking.
  • Lead cutover, hypercare, and issue resolution activities.
  • Collaborate across teams to align solutions, resolve SAP/POS/GK integration issues, and ensure compliance.
  • Maintain documentation, dashboards, and SLA reporting.
  • Provide stakeholder updates, escalate issues, and mentor team members.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Analyze business requirements and develop solutions to meet retail needs.
  2. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of retail projects.
  4. Identify and mitigate risks associated with retail system rollouts.
  5. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of SAP UI5/Fiori, GK POS setup/troubleshooting, Sovia inventory tools.
  • Experience in infrastructure coordination, EFT terminal deployment.
  • Skilled in business analysis (use cases, process flows, user stories).
  • Familiarity with cutover, hypercare, incident management.
  • Ability to investigate OSS notes and manage project deliverables.
  • Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
