Key Account Specialist Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Key Account Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for handling inbound sales for retailers across the APAC region.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants, understanding their objectives and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through their upgrade journey from basic to advanced platforms.
  • Demonstrate software solutions, including core POS products, modules, and upgrades.
  • Drive reactive upsell opportunities from inbound sales to meet monthly recurring revenue targets.

In addition to these key responsibilities, you may be required to contribute to the wider team to achieve organisational objectives.

Requirements:

We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:

  • Knowledge of solution-based, consultative sales in a SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and other tools to manage and organise pipeline.
