Job Summary:

The Retail & Trade Sales Manager oversees all retail and trade sales activities, ensuring smooth store

operations, effective trade partnerships, and successful new store openings. This role ensures the

implementation of retail sales strategies and the efficient execution of trade-related store updates and

launches.

Key Responsibilities:


• Supervise and coordinate activities of the Retail Operations Manager and Trade Manager.


• Drive retail sales growth by implementing sales strategies and promotional activities.


• Oversee consignment store performance, ensuring operational excellence and profitability.


• Manage the trade team to ensure successful store openings and launch implementations.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners such as SM Department

Stores and malls.


• Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and retail trends to optimize sales strategies.


• Coordinate with the marketing and merchandising teams for effective store promotions

and activations.


• Train and develop retail and trade sales teams to enhance performance and efficiency.


• Provide reports and insights to the Sales Director regarding retail and trade performance.


• Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail and trade sales, preferably in the cosmetics industry.


• Strong leadership and team management skills.


• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.


• Experience working with department stores, malls, and trade partners.
