We're seeking a skilled Lead Generator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for creating a qualified sales pipeline and booking discovery calls by owning inbound first responses and executing disciplined outbound outreach across both brands.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all inbound leads, ensuring swift action is taken to capture detailed notes and set clear next steps.
- Run targeted campaigns via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email, and light calling to engage with prospects.
- Qualify prospects against agreed criteria, capturing key information and maintaining CRM accuracy.
- Develop personalized outreach strategies to effectively connect with diverse personas and brands.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including stages, fields, tasks, and activity logging.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing on sequences, EDMs, and leveraging content to drive successful outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven experience as an SDR/BDR (B2B preferred), with strong objection-handling abilities.
- Highly organized and able to switch contexts across multiple products/brands.
- Proficient in CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation, and call tools.
