Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive global lead generation strategy. This position necessitates a results-driven professional with expertise in data analytics, process automation, and scalable growth initiatives to drive expansion of the supply partnership pipeline.

This role requires an entrepreneurial spirit, a deep passion for our mission, and the energy and discipline to come in and be a builder in a start-up tech environment. The ideal candidate will possess experience in lead generation, partnerships, or business development, preferably in nonprofit, social impact, or international organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the VP of Supply to define key performance indicators, set performance targets, and lead the development of a strategic roadmap for scalable and sustainable lead generation growth.
  • Own and execute the global supply-side lead generation strategy with a strong focus on mission-aligned nonprofits and social impact organizations.
  • Design and maintain scalable, automated systems for lead sourcing, qualification, and conversion, ensuring end-to-end data integrity and global compliance.
  • Leverage CRM platforms, AI tools, and automation solutions to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve targeting efficiency.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in lead generation, partnerships, or business development, preferably in nonprofit, social impact, or international organizations.
  • Strong experience using HubSpot and other CRM or lead management tools.
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize tech-enabled systems for tracking and automation.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a data-driven mindset to optimize workflows.
