Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, analysts, and administrators to translate requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions, while ensuring adherence to best practices and platform standards.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external applications and third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or other integration tools.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Maintain code quality, security, and performance by following Salesforce best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Salesforce applications.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to Salesforce administrators and junior developers.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 5 years of Salesforce development experience
  • Experience developing with Apex, Visualforce, Javascript, Lightning Web Components

  • Experience configuring Flows, Approval workflows, Process Builder

  • Familiarity with Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and user permissions.

  • Hands-on experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
