Your Mission

  • Collaborate with our teams to craft engaging recruitment campaigns that highlight our company culture and opportunities.
  • Be our brand ambassador, planning and running standout events that connect us with top talent.
  • Build and nurture key relationships with universities and professional groups to create a pipeline of future employees.
  • Use your creativity to identify and engage with potential candidates through social media and other digital platforms.
  • Turn data into insights, tracking campaign performance to help us continuously improve our strategy.
  • Be a trendsetter, staying ahead of what's next in the world of recruitment marketing.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a recruitment or marketing role.
  • Proven experience in planning or coordinating events.
  • You're a strategic thinker with strong project management skills.
  • You're a natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills.
  • You know how to use digital platforms to attract an audience.
  • You're passionate about building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Familiarity with an ATS or data analytics is a bonus.
