- Holds a basic understanding of the Windows environment, Office 365, Azure, and Networking principles.
- Exhibits strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Show the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Displays a practical and logical approach to decision-making.
- Is willing to work onsite at SM Aura with a Mid Shift schedule.
