Project Manager

As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing support to our team members to ensure engagement success and people management.
The successful candidate will collaborate with our leadership team to provide optimized project staffing, maintain proper delivery team utilization, and maximize revenues. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with consulting operations to identify and assign project resources to client engagements.
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders through partnership, cooperation, and trust.
- Managing own projects where required.
- Overseeing small concurrent client projects while maintaining oversight to identify risk, escalations, and issue resolution.
- Resolving escalations between the project, client, or other internal organizations in a satisfactory manner.
- Overseeing resource planning, coordination of project activities, and alignment with strategic business goals.
- Mentoring staff in agile methodologies and best practices in project management to enhance project delivery.
- Communicating work assignments, training, and performance appraisals to teams.
- Ensuring bench time for consultants is used to improve skills in line with practice technology roadmaps.
- Monitoring program scope alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Soliciting feedback from delivery owners on GDC team member alignments.
