Healthcare Liaison Position

This role is designed to facilitate direct communication between healthcare providers and our team. We are seeking an individual who can effectively navigate complex systems, provide exceptional customer service, and deliver information that facilitates solid relationships.

About the Role:

  • Key responsibilities include providing customer support through phone calls, identifying needs, and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Navigating computer systems to provide accurate information and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Delivering information and answering questions to build strong relationships with providers and their staff.
  • Completing documentation to track issues and report trends.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Familiarity with computer applications, including Windows PC, and the ability to learn new system applications.
  • An excellent listener with strong communication skills, able to collect relevant information and respond to customers in a compassionate manner.

Preferred Qualifications:
