Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist the Learning & Development Team with the effective coordination and deployment of external learning programs across Oceania.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage CA registrations across several locations within Oceania, including Australia and NZ
  • Manage study support database and relationship with external providers
  • Respond to queries from candidates and other stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
  • Coach and support senior associates with our External Learning process
  • Manage program communications, including notification of module commencement/completions, study support options, and results distribution to leadership
  • Ensure smooth execution of mock exams
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 programs, including Excel and PowerBI
  • Relevant administrative and customer/client service experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
