Talent Development Administrator

Job Description:

The Talent Development Administrator is a pivotal role in supporting global leadership training programs. The ideal candidate will coordinate and administer learning initiatives for internal leaders worldwide, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality participant experiences.

  • Coordinate scheduling, invitations, and logistics for global leadership training sessions.
  • Maintain training calendars and ensure timely communication with participants and facilitators.
  • Manage training records and update learning management systems (LMS) with participant progress.
  • Prepare and distribute training materials for virtual and in-person sessions.
  • Provide technical support during online training sessions.
  • Assist in evaluating training feedback and compiling reports for program improvement.
  • Collaborate with trainers, HR partners, and stakeholders to align programs with organizational needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills—comfortable speaking to diverse audiences.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within HR Shared Services.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, virtual environment.
  • Background in training or event coordination (advantage, but not required).
