Talent Development Administrator
Job Description:The Talent Development Administrator is a pivotal role in supporting global leadership training programs. The ideal candidate will coordinate and administer learning initiatives for internal leaders worldwide, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality participant experiences.
- Coordinate scheduling, invitations, and logistics for global leadership training sessions.
- Maintain training calendars and ensure timely communication with participants and facilitators.
- Manage training records and update learning management systems (LMS) with participant progress.
- Prepare and distribute training materials for virtual and in-person sessions.
- Provide technical support during online training sessions.
- Assist in evaluating training feedback and compiling reports for program improvement.
- Collaborate with trainers, HR partners, and stakeholders to align programs with organizational needs.
- Strong communication skills—comfortable speaking to diverse audiences.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and grow within HR Shared Services.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, virtual environment.
- Background in training or event coordination (advantage, but not required).
