About the Job
As a highly skilled professional, you will lead our customer service team in delivering efficient and high-quality service. You will oversee the team responsible for inquiries, issue resolution, and client support throughout their journey.
Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations of the customer service team.
- Train and develop team members for optimal performance.
- Escalate complex customer issues and work closely with customers to resolve concerns efficiently.
- Monitor customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Develop best practices for customer service processes and workflows.
- Analyze customer service metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership.
- Drive initiatives to enhance customer loyalty, satisfaction, and retention.
- Create and maintain customer service documentation and knowledge base content.
- Foster a positive and solution-oriented work environment.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in customer service, with 2+ years in leadership or management.
- Strong experience managing teams and fostering a collaborative culture.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging clients and teams.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with customer service platforms and CRM tools.
- A passion for delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
