Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper Admin to support our accounting team with various administrative tasks, including document preparation, database updates, and communication management. The successful candidate will act as the primary contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring their accounting needs are met.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, with the capability to maintain detailed and accurate records. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective client relationship management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounting Team Support: Provide administrative assistance to the accounting team, including document preparation and database updates.
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage client relationships and ensure their accounting needs are met.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all accounting documentation is accurately profiled and organized.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry, executive assistant, accounting administration or a related field.
  • Experience with basic bookkeeping procedures and best practices a plus.
  • Proficiency with accounting software such as XERO a plus.
  • Good knowledge of spreadsheet software such as Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience in data entry and maintaining databases.
