Administrative Assistant

As a skilled Data Entry Billing Clerk, you will be responsible for performing critical clerical tasks in reviewing, processing, and maintaining essential documents related to accounting or construction projects.
You will work closely with the office staff, including Regional Management, project managers, and accountants, to assist with multiple and varied tasks. Your primary focus will be on accurately and efficiently processing payments, reviewing invoices, and maintaining organized records.
Responsibilities:- Perform comprehensive clerical work in reviewing, processing, and maintaining basic accounting or construction-related documents.
- Work directly with the office staff (Regional Management, project managers, accounting) and assist with multiple and varied tasks.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and organized records of all office documents.
- Process timely and accurate payment of subcontractors, ensuring seamless financial transactions.
- Review invoices for proper documentation and approval before payment, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Enter invoices in a timely and accurate manner daily, with proper approvals, to maintain efficient workflow.
- Process purchase order invoices, acting as a primary contact between internal and external customers to resolve issues that arise.
- Provide accurate and effective document preparation and records management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data entry, preferably as a specialist.
- Strong data entry skills, with proficiency in E360 platform.
- Demonstrated track record of completing work with high quality and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent computer and business solutions software skills, with expertise in word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Superior time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Accurate computation and verification skills, with the ability to prepare basic reports.
- Proficiency in using various software applications, including word processing, spreadsheet, database, and related software.
