Key Role: Provide accurate financial services to our organization.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative assistant bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative or bookkeeping roles, proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately or take messages.
- Enter work orders into the system and update job statuses as needed.
- Create and process invoices accurately and on time.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable entries.
- Maintain and organize digital and paper records for jobs, invoices, and documentation.
- Provide administrative support to management and field staff.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or bookkeeping role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
