**Job Title:** Virtual Support Specialist

As a Virtual Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and prioritizing email correspondence, handling various administrative tasks to free up the owner's time, setting up folders in Dropbox, organizing schedules and appointments, drafting and sending responses to inquiries, and assisting with other administrative duties as needed.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and prioritize email correspondence to ensure timely responses to clients and stakeholders.
  • Handle various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management to maintain organizational efficiency.
  • Set up folders in Dropbox for various projects and directories to streamline file sharing and collaboration.
  • Organize and manage schedules and appointments to ensure seamless coordination between team members and stakeholders.
  • Draft and send responses to inquiries from clients, prospects, and partners.
  • Assist with other administrative duties as needed to support the growth and success of the organization.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, prospects, and partners.
  • Proficiency in standard office software and tools such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Dropbox.
  • Ability to think proactively and anticipate needs to provide exceptional support and service.
  • A high level of attention to detail to maintain accuracy and precision in all tasks.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Experience in the real estate or hotel industry is ideal but not required.
