Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining positive business relationships, presenting and promoting products/services, and performing cost-benefit and needs analysis to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
  2. Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  3. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  4. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  5. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  6. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  7. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
