Business Development Specialist

Job Title: Lead Specialist
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Specialist to join our team at JOB MATCHMAKER. As a Lead Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, identifying and qualifying potential clients, and conducting sales meetings to drive revenue growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Conduct market research to identify potential customers and gather relevant information
* Proactively source new business opportunities and set appointments with decision-makers
* Qualify potential clients and identify key personnel to engage with
* Conduct cold calls and emails to prospects and clients
* Participate in exhibitions and conferences to promote the company and its products
* Gather and submit accreditation information for sales purposes
* Process supplier accreditation requirements
* Send out company profiles, brochures, and marketing materials to prospects and clients
* Monitor BCI and Philgeps databases for new business opportunities
**Reporting and Time Allocation:**
* The Lead Specialist will report to the Sales Manager and provide weekly reports on sales activity
* The first month will be allocated to product and company training, followed by two months of prospecting, networking, and personal account development
**Requirements:**
* Conduct at least 25 cold calls or emails per week
* Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
