Job Overview

Growing pipeline and marketing engine.

This role involves expanding the pipeline from NetSuite ecosystem partners, construction-tech partners, and running a lean, repeatable marketing engine to convert traffic into qualified leads, opportunities, and customer advocacy.

Main Responsibilities

  • Source or influence 6-8 new leads per month.
  • Cultivate 12-18 active, producing partners with six NetSuite Account Executives regularly bringing in business.
  • Improve the website's lead conversion rate to at least 2.0% and MQL to SQL conversion rate to at least 30%.
  • Create six named customer stories and secure four public reviews.
  • Establish a quarterly webinar schedule and host 2-3 industry events.
  • Document playbooks and repeatable processes for sales/partner onboarding, co-selling, webinars, and events.

Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales development.
  • Fluency in the NetSuite ecosystem and experience in partner management and marketing.
  • Comfort with CRM and marketing operations.
