
Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and accomplished professional to drive business growth through strategic partnerships and client relationships.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing outbound sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:- Driving outbound sales execution, closing 3–4 new clients per quarter in healthcare and professional services.
- Developing and refining messaging, building new campaigns for high-impact roles, and leading outbound efforts to drive business growth.
- Guiding discovery and proposal calls with prospects, from interest to signed contract, and managing the sales process to optimize pitch decks, outreach scripts, and proposals.
- Building and coaching a lean sales engine, mentoring junior lead-gen researchers, collaborating with email marketers and SDRs to boost outbound performance, and maintaining clean reporting in Salesforce.
- 3–7 years of closing experience with US/UK staffing or RPO firms, with proven success in hitting a $1 M+ annual sales target.
- Strong knowledge of direct-hire placements, especially in healthcare or accounting, and comfort working with SDRs and managing KPIs in Salesforce.
- Driven, process-oriented, and hungry to grow into a leadership role, with a strong desire to shape the future of recruitment.
