Business Development Sales Professional

Position: Business Development Sales Professional

Location: Remote / Work from Home

Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Sales Professional to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and driving sales through proactive outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to potential clients to identify opportunities and generate new business leads.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients by understanding their needs and effectively communicating our products/services to meet those needs.
  • Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and sales executives to facilitate smooth business transactions.
  • Track and manage lead information in CRM software to ensure timely follow-up and efficient sales processes.
  • Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and sales by maintaining a high level of productivity and motivation.
  • Provide feedback and insights on lead quality and sales processes to help improve strategies and drive business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or business development is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools is beneficial but not required.
