  • Handle inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns via chat, email or phone.
  • Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and deliver fast and accurate support.
  • Stay up-to-date on product updates and support best practices to ensure a consistent customer experience.

Requirements:
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
