
Customer Service Advocate

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. As the primary point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for addressing their inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS environments, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer interactions and effective issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to email, live chat, and phone inquiries from customers
- Provide expert guidance on using our software to meet customer needs
- Track customer interactions in a salesforce-like system
- Assist prospects during their trial period to ensure they understand product functionality
- Act as a conduit for customers to communicate product and feature requests to product managers
- Collaborate with customer success managers to handle large customer accounts
- Contribute to the support knowledge-base
- Deliver product demos for prospects
- Perform onboarding and account reviews for existing customers
